Hey Babe! So, I am a weight lifting, burpee jumping, squat squatin’, mile running type of girl. So any type of exercise where I am having to stay calm and endorse slow movements is a little out of my league. But 2019 is all about getting out of our comfort zones and trying new adventures. That is why I am so happy that I decided to try Hot Yoga for the very first time with of bunch of my favorite Bluegrass Bloggers and Influencers.

Now that that part is over… let me just tell you. Hot Yoga, let alone Yoga, is no HOE! * insert Nene Leakes infamous GIF here…”I said what I said!” By time the class was over I was sweating major bullets & even though I was out of my comfort zone, Cara Meade who owns Creative Yoga and who was our instructor for the afternoon did an amazing job of making beginners like me super comfortable. Therefore, I’m ready for another Hot Yoga class!!
